Best Food in the Atlanta Area

Woodstock-Canton

Hana

Hana is one my favorite sushi joints and you can't go wrong with the duck roll.

Izumi

Izumi is another one of my favorite sushi joints! I love the drunken tiger roll and krab crab roll. If you dine outside, they have a very cute set-up with lights.

Taqueria Tsunami

Taqueria Tsunami is a Latin-Asian cuisine and definitely unique for what it is! It is located at the outlet shops in Woodstock. I used to work at the outlets, and this was my favorite along with all of my co-workers. For tacos, my favorite are the Aloha and Pacific Rim. The avocado egg rolls are amazing!! You also can't go wrong with the bowls and empanadas- the whole menu is great.

Going Coastal

Seafood is my favorite, and Marietta Fish Market does a great job with it. I recommend the lobster, lobster rolls, and alligator.

-Downtown Woodstock-

Reel

Reel is another great seafood restaurant! I love the lobster tail.

Freight

Freight is located in an old train station and has a wide array of awesome food, love the chicken waffles.

J. Christopher's

J. Christopher's is another great brunch spot, everything on the menu is great!

Roswell-Alpharetta-John's Creek

Bahama Bucks

This is an adorable icecreamery! They serve sno-balls, coffee, ice cream, and all sorts of frozen treats. I normally stop by here coming from the Roswell Mill.

Kale Me Crazy

It's hard to find places that make smoothie bowls outside of Atlanta, but this is a good one.

Luv-a-Bowl

Best smoothie bowls in Atlanta!! I come here more than I should... Jon's Creek Bowl + Dragon Bowl are my go-to. This is also right by the Avalon in John's Creek.

Roux

Roux is an awesome seafood place located in downtown Roswell- love the raw oysters.

Table & Main

Table & Main is amazing and has won many awards for their fried chicken. They have quite a few Southern options on their menu and also offer free valet parking.

- Avalon -

Bantam + Biddy

This is one of my favorite places to brunch or just get lunch, and I think they have a few other locations. The crepes are great!!

Kona Grill

Kona has such a wide-range menu, and I've got to say everything on there is pretty good, but I can never turn down sushi. My favorite is the dragon roll.

Kennesaw-Marietta

Marietta Fish Market

Marietta Fish Market is another great seafood joint. Love the lobster!

Atlanta

Burgerfi

This is an awesome chain burger joint; great fries, burgers, and conrete (custard drink).

Shake Shack

This is a great burger joint, and it's not far from Lenox mall. Definitely try their signature sauce.

Cowfish

I started going to Cowfish several years ago when I first visited Charlotte, North Carolina and was ecstatic when the Atlanta location opened. There really is nothing else like it. Both the burgers and sushi and phenomenal.

Juliana's

Juliana's has the best crepes, and it's such a cute place see the pictures above. It's right by Ponce City Market and Krogg Street Market, both of which I recommend checking out.

I've gotten many questions on my favorite places to eat around my hometown and here's the ultimate list!! Hope this helped ya out if you love food as much as I do!!

Denim Skirts + Converse

top: Urban Outfitters // skirt: Free People {similar} // converse: Urban Outfitters // shades: Urban Outfitters // watch: Daniel Wellington // necklace: Moon & Lola

I have been obsessed with this denim skirt lately!! I actually got it on a whim becuase it was on sale for $20 at Free People, but it's probably one of my best impulse buys. I wear it all the time, especially when I go out. I've also been loving my white high-top converse.. I've had them for a while but just recently figured out the proper way to tie/wear them and I love them!! I also find myself wearing white high-tops with giant tees and track shorts to class.

I love my gold state necklace and wear it quite often-- another great purchase, along with my Daniel Wellington watch. I also purchased the ruched off-the-shoulder top on a whim and am shocked at how much it gets worn. Sometimes it's good to go out of your comfort zone!

My top, skirt, sunglasses, and converse can all be purchased via the Dote shopping app. Use code "Daria" for $5 off your first purchase and free shipping!! That's a free $5 and 0 shipping charges. I've been using Dote for a while and love how simple it is. You can like items and be notified when they go on sale. Let me know what you thought of this post- it was definitely outside my usual style.

Afternoon in Hilton Head

dress: Fashion Nova {only $28!!} c/o // sunglasses: H&M // wedges: OTBT c/o // crossbody: Kate Spade // cross necklace {similar} // blessed necklace: Etsy c/o // watch: Kate Spade // cuff bracelet: Kendra Scott {similar} // earrings: Kendra Scott

I went to Hilton Head last week on a day trip and we stumbled upon this cute dock!! Not pictured: there was an adorable dolphin who kept popping up right by the dock. I've never been this close to a dolphin, so this definitely occurred by the grace of God. I just got these wedges and I'm obsessed. OTBT shoes have been trending across college campuses, and are seriously the comfiest wedge out there. The Indio wedge is my go-to for going out.

Anyone else loving the off-the-shoulder trend? I have become obsessed. Fashion Nova is great for finding off-the-shoulder pieces for a reasonable price, and you can get an additional 15% off with the code XODARIA. I also snagged these earrings recently from Kendra Scott and they match with a lot more than you would think.

Let me know what you think of the new blog layout; it took a lot of time and effort! I know that my style and aesthetic have definitely changed since I started this blog two years ago, and a new layout was well-overdue. Thanks for reading!

Fall Staples // Order Before They SELL OUT

I know it's way too early for fall posts, but I've acquired a few fall staples that I could not live without over the years and I have noticed that a few of them sell out very quickly. The items listed go on back-order fast (or sell out completely), so I suggest you order now. Although they may be pricey, all items last forever and are worth the price.

bean boots // I swear by my bean boots. Note these sell out fast and you need to order now. My go-to outfit for class in the fall is bean boots, Patagonia pullover, long sleeve tee, leggings, and camp socks. You can dress them up or down and wear them in snow or rain-- or just whenever like me. Also, note that L.L. Bean has a lifetime warranty. Here is a guide for purchasing bean boots and a video on how to style.

camp socks // If you get bean boots, you need camp socks. I get mine from L. L. Bean and J. Crew. Both are great, but L. L. Bean sells in packs of 2 and they end up being cheaper. I also wear these with my riding boots-- I have 10+ pairs at this point, but get so much wear out of them.

quilted vests // J. Crew makes the best quilted vests. I dress mine up and down, wearing them all the time on repeat. J. Crew and J. Crew Factory both make versions of these vests, and there is no quality difference. However, the J. Crew vests have gold buttons on the pockets- I have some of both and no preference over one or the other. I have the navy, khaki, and herringbone, which are all very versatile; they're years old and still going strong.

I hope this post helped ya! Thanks for reading!
